Director - Compensation & Benefits - Tieto - Helsinki

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to work at Tieto. The person we are looking for will be responsible for operational C&B and developing company’s performance management concept. The role reports to Head of Compensation and Benefits. We appreciate ability to find innovative ways to develop the C&B programs that support Tieto’s transformation. Experience in international or global environment is advantage.



Desired Skills and Experience
The focus of the role depends on on-going projects and initiatives and therefore broad C&B knowledge is needed including short-term and long-term incentives, base pay and pay analysis, benefits, recognition plans and executive compensation. Experience in global mobility is a plus. Some of the immediate projects include 2014 goal setting and incentive plan communication, renewal of the sales incentive plan and building Tieto’s performance culture.
